Plastipak Machine Operators operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers in a clean and safe work environment.  Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.

We Offer

  • Up to $17.50/hour, overtime after 40 hours

  • Set Schedules - Enjoy 12-hour shifts; 7:48am/pm - 8:00pm/am

  • Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 day off, 2 days on, 3 days off (Every other weekend off)

  • Opportunity - Our business is growing and we prioritize promotion from within

  • Convenience - We are located off of Ford Road

  • Premium pay & benefits, including 18 days of paid time off a year 

You Will

  • Operate industrial machinery and perform machine inspections & changeovers

  • Perform visual and quality inspections on products

  • Pack products for distribution

  • Clean and maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance

  • Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have

  • Mechanical or electrical ability.  This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work.

  • Previous work experience operating industrial machinery and equipment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to be a productive team member 

  • Physical requirement includes standing for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
