Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect in Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and RDK-B Middleware. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of advanced solutions for Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and RDK-B Middleware.
  • Oversee the implementation of these solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet all requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all aspects of the project.
  • Identify and address potential issues and risks in a timely manner to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong and capable development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and RDK-B Middleware technologies.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in Cable Modems (DOCSIS/ RDK) and RDK-B Middleware.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Customer Premises Equipment.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Show proficiency in leading and managing complex projects.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Be adept at mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
