PEAK PAY – effective 10/18/2026, projected through about the end of December 2026

• Base pay: $16.90/hr

• Peak differential: +$2.00/hr, every hour

• Weekend differential: +$2.00/hr on weekend shifts

• 2nd shift differential: +$2.50/hr starting 11/1

• 3rd shift differential: +$0.50/hr through 10/31, then +$3.00/hr starting 11/1

Your total hourly rate, 10/18 – 10/31:

• 1st shift: $18.90 weekday / $20.90 weekend
• 2nd shift: $18.90 weekday / $20.90 weekend
• 3rd shift: $19.40 weekday / $21.40 weekend

Your total hourly rate, starting 11/1:

• 1st shift: $18.90 weekday / $20.90 weekend
• 2nd shift: $21.40 weekday / $23.40 weekend
• 3rd shift: $21.90 weekday / $23.90 weekend

Overtime is paid at 1.5x your total hourly rate.

ABOUT THE JOB

Join the Picking and Packing teams at FN Logistics, the Fashion Nova fulfillment center in Santa Fe Springs. You may be assigned to Picking or Packing based on daily volume, so you'll learn both and help keep customer orders moving out the door the same day.

Picking:

• Use an RF scanner to find and pick items from assigned locations
• Scan every item and place it in the correct tote, without overfilling
• Move filled totes to the conveyor or drop-off area

Packing:

• Scan items and check that each order is complete and correct
• Pack single-item and multi-item orders in the right bag or box
• Print and apply shipping labels and send packed orders to Shipping

Both:

• Keep your area clean and follow all safety rules
• Stand, walk, bend and reach for your full shift

Performance standards (units per hour, UPH):

• Picking: 153 UPH, or 145 UPH when the warehouse is 82°F or above
• Packing single-item orders: 114 UPH, or 102 UPH at 82°F or above
• Packing multi-item orders: 326 UPH, or 293 UPH at 82°F or above

New hires are not held to the standard during their first week.

SHIFTS

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM through 10/31; 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM starting 11/1

• 3rd shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM through 10/31; 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM starting 11/1

SOBRE EL TRABAJO

Únete a los equipos de Picking y Packing en FN Logistics, el centro de distribución de Fashion Nova en Santa Fe Springs. Se te puede asignar a Picking o a Packing según el volumen del día, así que aprenderás ambos y ayudarás a que los pedidos salgan el mismo día.

Picking:

• Usar un escáner RF para encontrar y surtir artículos de las ubicaciones asignadas
• Escanear cada artículo y colocarlo en el tote correcto, sin sobrellenarlo
• Llevar los totes llenos a la banda transportadora o al área de entrega

Packing:

• Escanear artículos y verificar que cada pedido esté completo y correcto
• Empacar pedidos de un solo artículo y de varios artículos en la bolsa o caja correcta
• Imprimir y colocar etiquetas de envío y enviar los pedidos empacados a Shipping

Ambos:

• Mantener tu área limpia y seguir todas las reglas de seguridad
• Estar de pie, caminar, agacharte y estirarte durante todo el turno
