If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager (REMOTE) to join our team This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the US.Responsible for leading complex and high-priority projects, planning, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of information technology projects, including creating detailed schedules, assigning tasks to team members and ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines and parameters, often collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.Job Responsibilities Include:Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraintsGuide the project team(s) to follow the team's project management best practices Drive the project team(s) to accomplish daily activities by actively promoting prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each project phase or sprint. Assist the project team(s) in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and efficienciesWork with the broader cross functional teams to define product goals and longer-term strategic visionManage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance stakeholder engagement, communication and feedback Assist with the investigation and root cause resolution for escalations.Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management5+ years of experience in proactively identifying inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes5+ years of proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & other project management tools5+ years of experience in managing infrastructure-related migration projects5+ years of experience or knowledge of Waterfall project management and Agile delivery frameworkPreferred Skills:Strong communication skillsStrong Problem-solving SkillsAbility to work independently and in collaboration with other team membersAbility to multi-task across projects with different prioritiesProficiency in written and spoken Japanese.Master's Degree in related fieldDegree: Bachelors in Computer Science/IT related degree or equivalent work experience#INDFSINS#L1-NorthAmericaAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
