Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Process ACH credit card payments
Produce invoices and contact employees to collect on past due payments
Reconcile transactions in Quickbooks
Answer the phones
Greet people as they walk in
Run errands such as drop off mail, file paperwork
Get paid for 40 hours each week and start your weekend at noon every Friday
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7: 30am to 4: 00pm, Friday 7: 30am to noon
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
This position is onsite in Wilson. It is not remote or hybrid.
