Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Pay Range: $16/hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Manage the front desk and open front doors using a buzzer system
  • Assist with sending out communications to everyone in the building
  • Assist with distributing mail and packages through the building
  • Assist guests/visitors and notify the relevant department of their arrival
  • Issue temporary parking permits for guests and visitors
  • Manage conference room calendars

 

What’s Needed?

  • Previous front desk experience required
  • Previous customer service experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record

 

What’s in it for me?

  • Temporary assignment with potential to be hired
  • $16/hour pay rate
  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm schedule
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit
