Provides food and tray delivery to the assisted living and/or skilled care center residents, our most respected and and precious residents.  Sets up and cleans dining room, maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.  Assures timely meal delivery and plate preparation.

Compensation:

  • $16.25 to $16.55 hour
  • Part time

Duties:  

  • Working on a tray line, 
  • Serving food to residents, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
  • Bussing dishes,
  • Preparing food, such as salads, desserts, garnishes and/or maintaining cleanliness of food service and dining room areas.

Requirements:

  • High school Level diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in related field preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in the certification course preferred

If you are interested in Dietetics or Dietary Management, this is a great opportunity to learn how to navigate therapeutic and texture-modified diets, and serve food accordingly. Work under a RD/CDM. Learn and practice local/federal regulatory requirements regarding food safety and sanitation, nutrition, etc.
