Job Title: Distribution Lead

Location: Hodgkins, IL

Pay Range: $26.00

What's the Job?

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center
• Manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Lead or Distribution Lead or any other related leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control
