Duties
• Good understanding of the Quality Engg Process and Quality Control Strategy with a focus on performance, test data and test environments.
• Document handbooks for performance engineering, test data and test environments across the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze the processes, procedures, and templates to be used and define entrance and exit criteria
• Create metrics definition, identify improvement opportunities, and define and implement roadmap
• Provide thought leadership towards the future state performance engineering
• Socialize the test automation best practices and design decisions with focus on performance engineering and test data
• Introduce and implement performance engineering frameworks
• Suggestion of relevant performance engg Tools and integration with DevOps Pipeline Blueprints
• Continuous Improvement and monitoring in performance engg.
• Experience in In-sprint performance engineering processes and tools
• Develop Training and Knowledge Management for QE performance engineering
• Define and create process improvements for the QA team using standard templates, process definitions and best practices.
• Define standards for performance testing artefacts and establish playbooks to fix non-conformance
• Document and baseline test environment and data requirements and any other prerequisite for the tools to be ready for use.
• Train various teams for tools usage, quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices.

Experience: Having 8+ years' experience on Performance Engineering, test data and test environments Experience in TDD/BDD
