Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Planner Location: Baltimore, MD Pay Range: $40 Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 PM What's the Job? Manage work order processes using the CMMS system to ensure timely maintenance activities. Develop detailed maintenance job plans, including safety procedures, tools, and materials required. Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to prioritize and schedule work. Identify and generate purchase requests for necessary parts and tools for planned maintenance. Ensure safety protocols are integrated into all maintenance plans and activities. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED required. At least 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in continuous processes. 3+ years experience with maintenance work order systems, ideally Maximo. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes and industrial equipment. Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and safety standards. What's in it for me?
