Job Title: Lead Material Handler
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Range: $24.00 Hourly What’s the Job?
  1. Proactively drive, promote, and engage in a culture of Safety First.
  2. Maintain a physical presence in the warehouse, assigning work and providing leadership, ensuring compliance with departmental duties.
  3. Oversee department cycle count processes, manage material Kanbans, and monitor inventory levels for consumable materials.
  4. Coordinate material movements throughout the facility and work closely with Procurement, Receiving, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution team members.
  5. Operate and maintain forklifts, train/re-train staff on forklift operation, and handle materials with caution to avoid damage or injury.
What’s Needed?
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications; experience using SAP preferred.
  3. Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.
  4. Maintain powered industrial truck certification and Class C driver’s license.
  5. Successful completion of Security Threat Assessment is mandatory.
