Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Client Services Technician to join their team. As a Client Services Technician, you will be part of the Support Services department supporting onsite end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Support Technician Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $45 per hour What's the Job? Provide onsite support to end users five days a week, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues Manage Tier 1 support requests through emails, Slack, and Jira/ServiceNow Service Desk tickets Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently within the ticketing system Coordinate escalations to specialized IT staff when necessary Identify support trends and report findings to improve service quality What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues Excellent written communication skills for support logs and documentation Effective time management to provide timely updates and fixes Customer service skills to interact professionally with employees and colleagues What's in it for me?
