Transportation Clerk

Our client, one of the largest world wide transportation companies, is seeking a Transportation Clerk to join their team. As a Transportation Clerk, you will be part of the Logistics Department and the ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service,  attention to detail and logistics experience which will align successfully in the organization.

 Job Title:  Mid 2nd Shift Transportation Clerk

Location:  Delaware, OH

Pay Range:  $21.00 per hour 

Shift:  9:00pm - 5:00am  Tuesday thru Saturday

What’s the Job?

• Accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, office supplies, billing, maintaining database and misc reporting
• Audit of logs, trip reports and other DOT reporting
• Maintaining of files, customer service interaction, resolutions of driver driver equipment requests and pallet tracking
• Maintenance and distribution of route books, daily interface with drivers, assist with driver coverage of vacation and overflow freight
• Daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking, audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DTOT requirements tracking 

What’s Needed?

• Previous experience in logistics/administration
• Database management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
