Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Electrical and Control Technician
Location: Pomona, Ca
Pay Range: $36.00hr
What’s the Job?
- Assists in troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation and control issues to minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
- Performs preventive maintenance activities for electrical and automation systems within the plant.
- Utilize knowledge to assist in equipment optimization through proper PLC and controls setup.
- Performs PLC and HMI system changes and upgrades as required.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum qualifications plus Associate’s degree, Bilingual Spanish. One (1) or more years of using a computerized inventory system preferred with knowledge of parts usage and relative value.
- General Information: In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must be knowledgeable of NFPA 70E.
- Comfortable working with voltages ranging from 24VDC up to 480VAC; must be able to work well with others; successfully complete mandated training courses.
- Knowledge Required: Knowledge of methods needed to read, comprehend, interpret, communicate and execute instructions.
