Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Civic Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing an exceptional presence for clients and visitors. This is an armed and driving position, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and deliver outstanding customer service. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required. Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to company protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, supporting incident response efforts. Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to the public and staff.Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
