Position Responsibilities 

  • Oversee Uline’s Backorder and Custom / Drop-Ship operations with a focus on quality, speed and accuracy.

  • Direct leaders on how to review and analyze department results to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and report on gross profit, returns, vendor performance and customer comments.

  • Guide and develop team leaders by meeting on performance, progress and improvement plans.

  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Product and Marketing teams to improve customer service processes and identify new product opportunities.

  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to expedite problem resolution and improve overall service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Product Management, including 2-3 years of management experience.

  • Knowledge of Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Available for travel to Uline’s North American branches and to vendors.
