Job Title: HVAC Mechanic - 3rd shift
Location: Ada, MI
Pay Range: $35/hr+ based on experience
What's the Job?
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and servicing components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and electrical controls.
- Conduct system performance tests and adjustments to ensure optimal operation and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work completed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience as an HVAC mechanic in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
