GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Surveillance Security Officer
Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Guard?
What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.
As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

- Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 2 PM - 10 PM ( 40 Hours/ Full Time)

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard
- Excellent customer service is always a top priority
- Handles inquiries made by the public and clients
- Conducts screenings of persons upon entry to the facility.
- Controls, regulates and directs pedestrian traffic.
- May perform desk duties, including telecommunications (telephone, computer, radio)
- Prepares clear, accurate, and complete reports on all activities as required
- Foot and Vehicle Patrol when warranted
- Controlling access and ensuring only authorized personnel are given access to the site.
- Assist Operations Management in Emergencies
Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better
- You have a Texas security license or the ability to obtain one
