Our client, is seeking a Staff Tax Accountant to join their team. As a Staff Tax Accountant, you will be part of the Tax Department supporting the Tax Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Staff Tax Accountant

Location: Malvern, PA

Pay Range: $35 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Calculate and file quarterly estimates – approximately 275 per quarter
  • Calculate and file annual extensions- approximately 275
  • Prepare and file quarterly Excise tax returns – PCORI, Superfund, FIT
  • Assist with e-filing transmission of annual Corporate Income Tax returns
  • Assist with resolution of State tax notices

What's Needed?

  • B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products required
  • Knowledge of CorpTax (or similar income tax compliance software) preferred
  • Knowledge of CorpTax Office and CorpTax Planner a plus
