Our client, a leader in the boxing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Binder to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Binder, you will be part of the production team supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Binder

Location: Washington, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

  • Working the binder in the boxing industry, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

What's Needed?

  • Prior experience in the boxing industry is ideal but not required.
  • Willingness to train on daylight shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to transition to overnight shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. in January.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
