Job Description:

Currently, we're hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Midwest City, Oklahoma. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP.
Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:
-$42.50 – $45.50 an hour
-40-week contracts
-Speech Language Pathologists needed for the remaining 2024-25 school year as well as the entire 2025-26 school year starting August 13, 2025.
-Full time, 40 hours a week positions available.
-District will consider SLP-CCCs for a hybrid schedule but would prefer in person
-$3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
-SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
-SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
-Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
-May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology
    • Oklahoma SLP License
      -American Heart Association BLS
      -School Experience is Preferred but not required
      -ASHA Certification
