Leading the way with legendary customer service - at Uline As Systems Manager for our Customer Service department, ensure the tech tools our reps rely on are running smoothly and efficiently Direct a team of application testers and identify opportunities for system improvements to support the exceptional experience our customers love.

Position Responsibilities
Manage, mentor and develop team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Uline system and processes to identify and propose informed programming enhancement recommendations.
Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.
Serve as a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of management experience in operations or customer experience, including coaching, developing and motivating a team.
Experience with project management, IT testing methodology and systems implementations.
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
