Quality Inspector

Manpower is partnering with a Longmont defense contractor to find experienced PCB inspectors

Shifts available:
1st - 7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
2nd - 3:20pm until 1:50am Monday – Thursday

Pay: $19-$21/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-process inspections at SMT, Wave, and Selective Soldering operations
- Ensure compliance with ESD requirements and MSD handling
- Verify process adherence to documentation and workmanship standards
- Inspect incoming materials and approve/reject as necessary
- Document inspection results and resolve quality issues promptly
- Approve finished products and control non-conforming assemblies
- Follow ISO standards and maintain a safe work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-600 standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with measuring devices and automated equipment desirable
- Certification in IPC-600, IPC-610 & J-STD-001 a plus
- Knowledge of GD & T beneficial
