POSITION TITLE: Wireless Integrator
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a skilled Integrator who is an excellent analytical thinker and problem solver with effective communication skills. The Integrator oversees the completion of integrating new technologies and frequencies to sites. They perform the installation of required software, SCFs and proper cabling to enable new technologies to be brought on air. After which they performed the required testing and collect the results to closeout and verify project completion. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, customer and quality centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow a set written schedule plan that may be fluid day-to-day
- Install, commission, and integrate Nokia Base Station Equipment
- Perform limited and full ATP testing of cell sites for various technologies and frequencies
- Pull results from test phone and submit for approval
- Communicate with customers including but not limited to Construction Managers, Switch Operations, and Field Technicians
- Review and apply configurations based on site specific RFDS and Port Matrix
- Provide hourly, daily, and weekly updates to the Construction Supervisors and Project Managers on the completion and troubleshooting of projects
- Submit all necessary reports and paperwork and ensure site is 100% operational before logging out
- Work with tower crews to troubleshoot and resolve issues on site
- Train field team members on new technology, 5G upgrades, CRAN, Power Supply and other services
- Review and apply standards set by consistently updated MOPs
- Travel between multiple job sites as needed
- Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership

- Subject matter expert with telecom customer network deployment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Knowledge of V-Source and Quick Bid (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret Cell Site RFDS and Port Matrix
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking and driving
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/scanner/fax, and smart phones
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the year
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
- Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Nokia and T-Mobile experience required
- Nokia Certifications required
- 1-3 Years of Integration experience required
- T-Mobile Anchor Integration Experience Preferred
- OSHA 10 preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
