Don't wait... apply today   Position Title: UAT/ Quality Engineering Test Lead  - O2C / eCommerce (Telecom Domain) Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6+ months with high possibilities of extension   Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced UAT Engineer with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and eCommerce Strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in these areas and must possess a solid understanding of telecommunications processes related to Lead-to-Order (L2O), O2C, and system integrations across CRM, ERP, and billing systems. This is a fully onsite role in Seattle with high potential for extension. Must-Have Skills : Order-to-Cash (O2C) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) eCommerce Strategy (P3 – Advanced) Required Experience & Responsibilities: Telecom Domain Expertise Strong understanding of Telco and Broadband connectivity business processes. Knowledge of telco-specific product bundles, quotes, order automation, billing, usage-based charges, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation. Lead-to-Order (L2O) Responsibilities Manage customer leads and create complex product bundles. Generate telecom service quotes and automate order creation workflows. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Responsibilities: Manage high-volume customer order processing. Test complex billing processes (usage-based billing, credit checks). Ensure accurate invoicing and revenue flow validation. System Integration Testing Validate seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and Billing Systems. Conduct end-to-end UAT across integrated telco systems. UAT Planning & Strategy Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and scripts. Define user-centric acceptance criteria with business analysts and product owners. Manage and coordinate realistic test data for customer orders, payments, and billing workflows.
