Compensation:

·        Base PLUS incentive/commission pay

·        At Crew Carwash, your base hourly rate is guaranteed at $15-16/hr., but through our incentive pay program you can earn far more. We offer regular special contests with Gift Cards and individual awards every month based on performance.
