Gluer Operator

Position Overview

The Gluer Operator will be responsible for the set-up and operation of the folder-gluer machines while ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards.

• Set up of window/folder-gluer machines • Feeding machines • Troubleshooting and performing machine adjustments as needed • Following work instructions and procedures in place for each job • Meeting job estimates • Maintaining product conformance to specifications • Performing general maintenance • All other duties as assigned

• Quality conscious individual • High attention to detail • Strong mechanical aptitude • Good troubleshooting skills • Ability to communicate and comprehend written and verbal instructions • Basic computer skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively • Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work • Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
