Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, software, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Perform a variety of light plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Order and maintain an inventory of all critical machine and equipment parts and tools
- Keep current all repair and maintenance records

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with five years of experience in production-oriented environment
- Proven experience and skills in repairing and maintaining equipment
- Food safety training and experience preferred
- Experience work 10 or 12 hour shifts
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions and procedure manuals in English
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
