Role Overview Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Provide Compassionate Care: Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks while ensuring comfort and dignity. Build Connections: Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering companionship and emotional support. Be a Superhero: Help with mobility, medication management, and other healthcare needs in a way that’s both professional and heartwarming. Great Communicator: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Flexible Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
