Job Title: Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN
Pay Range: $50-$60/hr. (W2 Contract)

What’s the Job?
  • Support testing and manufacturing for MEMS sensors.
  • Analyze yield and performance data for process improvement.
  • Apply CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Resolve technical issues and facilitate analysis.
  • Enhance product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in new product development.
  • Maintain test equipment and preventative maintenance plans.
  • Promote a self-driven workforce to achieve production goals.
  • Test products and software.

What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Preferred
  • Experience in product or process engineering.
  • Knowledge of silicon fabrication and MEMS sensors.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with RCCA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
