They monitor processes and inspect produced goods and services. They propose measures and process improvements to enhance operations, ensure reliability of systems, and minimize downtime, errors, and defects.A Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products or services consistently meet established quality standards by monitoring production processes, inspecting goods, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high quality levels across all operations, often collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control measures. Conducting quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications
Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Developing and maintaining quality standards and procedures
Investigating product quality issues and implementing corrective actions
Documenting quality findings and reporting to relevant departments
Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns
Training employees on quality procedures and standards
Monitoring risk management practices and identifying potential quality risks
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
