Johnson & Johnson is immediately hiring medical device assemblers to facilitate with production demand and new product development.

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling intricate medical devices under a microscope. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to strict quality standards. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience performing assembly responsibilities under a microscope. Experience with fine motor skills and working with small components is essential.

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $24 hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay
Location: Irvine, CA

Job Responsibilities:

Applicants must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience performing assembly responsibilities under a microscope. They must also be comfortable working under a microscope for the duration of the shift.
Assembly will take place in a clean room environment. Must be willing to adhere to proper gowning procedures and clean room processes.
Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and engineering drawings in English. Candidates must be comfortable following verbal instructions and relaying new information to teammates when requested. Strong verbal and comprehension skills are essential.
Possess good manual dexterity. The position requires the use of small hand tools, razor blades, needle tips, and epoxies.
Maintain a clean and debris-free work environment. Adhere to cGMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
