What’s a typical day as a Financial Analyst? You’ll be:


Partnering with the US Accounting department on the global implementation of Concur.
Assisting in developing and implementing procedures targeting measurable and sustainable efficiency improvements and spending reduction related to all aspects of T&E.
Assisting with the improvement of processes to ensure compliance with the Corporate T&E Policy.
Providing support to employees relating to the use of the expense reporting system.
Communicating with various departments on issues related to expense reports and accounts.
Providing ad-hoc reporting requests to auditors and other internal or external partners.
Performing month-end close processes for T&E, purchasing cards, and meeting cards.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance, Business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Have 3-5 years of T&E expense experience, audits, or accounting.
• Have demonstrated ability to analyze and present financial data.
• Can anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and control policy violation concerns.
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Have a process mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiencies.
• Understand the importance of internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Concur is required.
