What you'll do: • Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on critical components for level products. • Read and interpret complex blueprints and work instructions. • Perform quality checks and continuously inspect their materials and production to ensure products to meet ABB's high standards. • Hydrostatically pressure test welds for leaks and make necessary repairs. • Assists Lead or Supervisor with various tasks and training others as needed. • Support production with other duties as required. Qualifications for the role
What you bring:
2 years of Experience TIG (GTAW) Welder welding thin Gauge .020" to .050" Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Hastelloy
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to setup and operate standard welding equipment, setting amps, polarity, gasses, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
