Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.QualificationsEducation

Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or
(ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required
(BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or
(ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required or
(MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of nursing process and practice required. 
Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices required. 
1 year of RN experience required.  3 years of RN med surg experience preferred. 
$4000 Sign On Bonus for external candidates with 1 year of RN experience.
The RN Navigator will be a resource for the unit and help with the education of new staff.  
This is a part time, night shift position - (7pm - 3am). 

Licenses and Certifications

Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Required and
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required or must be obtained during nursing orientation
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Adult and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required based on clinical area standards.
