BASIS Independent Silicon Valley Lower is seeking qualified candidates for a Temporary Substitute Teacher for spring 2025??

We are looking for teachers that stretch beyond textbook teaching and bring together instruction methods that will ultimately help a student delve deeper into a subject.? 


This position serves as a substitute teacher for varying subject areas across multiple classes. This position is a temporary, full-time, on-campus position during regular school hours. The anticipated end date for this position is June 6, 2025.

Position Qualifications? 


Minimum Qualifications: All applicants must have a BA or BS degree from an accredited or approved college or university.? 


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with children is preferred. Together with a high level of personal responsibility and optimism, a successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, will thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment, and will be able to stand for long periods of time inside and outside of the building.?
