DescriptionExecute production schedules and manage the departments personnel. Will supervise, direct, coordinate and review work operations and activities in assigned departments involving the effective utilization of machines, supplies and personnel assigned to the shift. Work through Lead people to maintain work flow and continuity within established levels of quality and productivity in the manufacturing process under the direction of the Production Manager. Follow travelers, job requirements, specifications, tables, sketches and accompanying instructions both written and verbal.RequirementsPrior management experience preferred. Computer experience required. Must be organized, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to interface with ancillary departments.
