Job Summary: Facilitate training programs, and coordinate recognition and incentive programs for all Six Flags St. Louis Team Members.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate and evaluate seasonal training programs including Discovery and any necessary follow up training.
Audit department trainings.
Assist in implementing park wide incentive and recognition programs.
Conduct Guest Service Audits and assist in communication and follow up.
Assist with Booster program.
Maintain appearance of Human Resources Training Facility.
Other duties as assigned.

 
 
Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, energetic, self-motivating working attitude.
Desire to help Six Flags surpass its mission and goals
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and some evenings
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Developed organizational skills
Adhere to Six Flags St. Louis grooming policies.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Successful applicants will need to be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
