Many of our Care Pros have been with us 5 years are more with several having been with us for over 10 years.We provide paid training, PPE and OT.Apply today and join the best team in healthcareCertified Home Health Aide Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:Provide Companionship & Home Helper services which could include:Companionship and conversationPreparing meals and cleaning up meal-related itemsProviding medication reminders and appointment remindersPerforming light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, laundry etc.)Running errands and accompanying clients to appointmentsProvide Personal Care services which could include:Assisting with bathing and groomingAssisting with toileting and incontinence issuesProvide Specialized services which could include:Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia CareHospice CareDouble Client ServicesEssential Job Requirements:Must have a current, valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide LicenseAbility to lift, push or pull 25 pounds (no more)Possess a valid driver's license or state identificationPossess valid auto insurance (if applicable)Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with empathy, compassion, dignity and respectAbility to adapt to various living environments and locationsAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial mannerBe fully vaccinated, including one booster, as required by the State of NJThe above describes the general nature of the work.
