Job Purpose:
Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.
Duties:
Answer and direct incoming calls
Process payments for customers
Accurately record transactions in dealership management system (DMS)
Various Administrative office tasks as needed
Submit your resume today
Self-starter who works well independently as well
as part of a team
Able to multitask
Evening and Weekend hour availability
Attendance is an essential job function for this position
