Description: Job Summary: The CNC Sheet Metal Programmer is responsible for programming and optimizing the operation of CNC press brakes laser cutters punch presses and panel benders in a high-precision high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in sheet metal product design programming and machinery operation to ensure efficient and accurate production of complex sheet metal components. Key Responsibilities: * Design and program CNC programs for press brakes laser cutters punch presses and panel benders to produce a variety of sheet metal parts and assemblies * Analyze engineering drawings specifications and product samples to determine optimal manufacturing processes and sequences * Develop and maintain library of proven CNC programs tooling configurations and process parameters to maximize productivity and quality * Monitor production runs analyze performance data and make adjustments to CNC programs and processes as needed to meet quality and throughput targets * Collaborate with product design manufacturing engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements * Provide technical support and training to machine operators on efficient and safe operation of CNC equipment * Maintain thorough documentation of all CNC programs tooling and process parameters If you have the required qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity please submit your resume for consideration.
