This position requires use of hand tools. The Production Assembler ensures that work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion and is compliant with all company, city, state and federal regulations.What You Will Do:
Assemble and repair wide range of electromechanical assemblies using standard manufacturing and repair techniques.
Identify correct parts, components, wires, and other materials related to various assemblies.
Read and interpret technical data such as component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
Communicate work status to team members and support staff (e.g., shift pass down, engineering, maintenance).
Utilize computer skills for office software applications to include documentation actions associated with assembling or repair production hardware.
Be responsible for quality product standards to minimize defect.
Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Must be able to lift equipment and work in various environments, at least 15 lbs.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and assembly instructions, and procedure manuals.
This is a 1st shift, onsite position.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in Manufacturing
