As a Physical Therapist, we can accommodate you FULL OR PART TIME, with a flexible schedule that fits your needs With a full-time position, we offer full benefits and TWO WEEKS PAID SABBATICAL AFTER YEAR TWO - this is in addition to your PTO Our Woodland Clinic is located just outside the greater Sacramento Region of California and hosts a fabulous team This is an ideal position for a seasoned Physical Therapist or a new graduate Our entire staff, along with our Physical Therapists, are devoted to clinical excellence Supervision of support staff in the clinical area · Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning · Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment · Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy care plans · Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer · Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation · Participate in clinical studies · Valid California driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, CPR, TB test and proof of immunity or vaccines to MMR and COVID.
