ResponsibilitiesPerform quality echocardiographic diagnostic imaging to support quality patient care.Perform quality cardiac testing procedures such as Echo Stress Testing to support quality diagnosis & treatment of patients.Contribute to the professional development of all team members and provide monitoring and mentoring of students to ensure proper training in assisting patients, families and staff.Communicate effectively with patients about the procedure to obtain information and to offer reassurance. QualificationsAssociates Degree; may substitute degree for graduation from an accredited school of Echocardiography Technology.Must obtain CPR/BLS certification prior to start.One-year of hands-on experience in Echocardiography in a comparable healthcare setting.
