We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect.  ResponsibilitiesPerform the duties of a Scrubber: Instrument management, sterile technique, pre-post patient setup.Demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety and keep the staff and patients safe as possible.Understand medication effects and report any adverse reactions.Document patient data during procedures appropriately utilizing computerized documentation system.Have knowledge of normal vs abnormal pressure measurements, ECG waveforms.Set up and manage complex equipment from circulator, scrub and monitor roles.Provide competent care for the patient in all phases of pre-procedure/post recovery. QualificationsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentGraduate of accredited School of RadiologyCurrent License as RT in the State of TexasAmerican Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support CertificationAdvance Cardiac Life Support CertificationPreferred Job Requirements:Previous cath lab and patient care experience
