Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking Regional Medical Directors to lead the *Gotham Health *Network for NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health care system in the country. Opportunities available in Brooklyn of New York City.

Opportunity Details:


Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation across the overseen Region of sites (i.e. - Brooklyn)


Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices


Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week


Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management


Assessment of clinical providers


Finance, budget, and reimbursements


Recruitment strategies


Travel to sites within the Brooklyn Region will be required


70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility


Qualifications:


Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or equivalent care of specialization


Masters degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine or in Public Health from an accredited college or university


Ten (10) years of full-time clinical experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience


An equivalent combination of training, education and experience in related fields and educational disciplines


Knowledge of business and human resources administration principles, faculty practice and finance


Experience with FQHC, preferred


Knowledge of EPIC Electronic medical records

Annual salary = $250,000.00* - The salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include any benefits.
