Job Description:Position OverviewThis position operates under limited supervision while utilizing CNC equipment. Adhering to instructions is essential for executing all responsibilities. The incumbent will be responsible for areas including the setup and operation of CNC equipment for the production of components. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting issues and problems, as well as escalating complex matters to leadership.Responsibilities:
Setup and operation of Haas Five Axis Machining Center and other CNC equipment related to fiberglass production.
Read and interpret work instructions, including diagrams, work orders, and reports, to ensure accurate task completion.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely to complete assemblies.

Efficient Operation of Robotic Systems: Operate the two robotic systems efficiently.
Ensure efficient operation of sanding machines.
Run milling machines with a focus on efficiency.
Willingly assist with any tasks or needs that arise for production specialists.
Keep the work area clean and uphold 5S organizational standards.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in proper working condition.
Actively participate in team-based problem-solving activities.
Test products without supervision, using efficient and safe methods to test, repair, or replace hydraulic or mechanical components.
Be willing to assist in other areas and departments as needed.

Basic Qualifications 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience
Fiberglass manufacturing experience beneficial
Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Demonstrates a basic understanding of G&M programming code, cartesian coordinate systems, and work offsets
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Ability to accurately read and understand tape measurements, micrometers, and calipers
Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as simple hand tools and hand-powered hydraulic material handling devices
Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills

Physical Requirements of the JobPhysical requirements of the job are classified as medium to heavy. Physical demand requirements are in excess of Light work. Medium to heavy work is defined as:
Exerting 20 to 100 pounds of force occasionally (0-2.5 hrs/day)
25 to 40 pounds of force frequently (2.5-5.5 hrs/day)
10 to 20 pounds of force constantly (5.5+ hrs/day) to move objects.

The salary range for this position is $23.55 to $29.83 per hour.
