Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp., U.S.A seeks full-time Production Team Members for our Consumer Products manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE. Candidates should enjoy a fast-paced environment, demonstrate ability to follow directions and be self-motivated. Candidates with spray painting experience will be given preference.Starting Pay: $24.05/per hour, plus $1.25/per hour for 2nd shift differential Available Shifts: 2nd: Monday - Friday, 2:45 PM - 10:55 PM (training period on 1st shift)

We are also seeking individuals with consistent work history willing to learn new skills, even if you do not have previous manufacturing experience.Primary Responsibilities:
Operate a manual spray gun to apply adhesion promoters, basecoats, and clear coats.
Monitor parts and adjust spray patterns as needed.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other painters.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is in proper condition.
Perform additional finishing tasks as needed, including wet sanding, polishing, and parts hanging.

Training and Physical Requirements of Spray Painters:
Ability to operate spray gun for entire shift
Able to wear breathable air hood
No known allergies or adverse reactions to paint, solvents, Tyvek or Latex
Operation of production equipment and tools within standard operating procedures while maintaining quality output
Work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, and be self-motivated
