Personnel management with all individual tasks included (initiating disciplinary measures, assessment of employees, staff appraisals, personnel development, etc.)
Ensuring effective personnel deployment planning (vacation and shift planning)
Participation in personnel and CAPEX planning
Participation in the processing of complaints and deviations
Independent, continuous development of the area of responsibility

QualificationsCompleted technical vocational training and completed advanced training to become a technician or master craftsman with at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function with management responsibility in the quality environment.
This function requires specialist knowledge of quality management with management experience
2-3 years' experience leading a team (e.g. interviewing, further development)
2-3 years' experience writing technical reports
2-3 years' experience using test methods and measurement technology
2-3 years experience using Office Programs, MES and ERP
Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
Fluent in English
Confident and representative appearance
Good communication skills
