Specialty hospital for medically complex patients

Pulmonary and Vapotherm Center of Excellence

Staff consists of all Registered Respiratory Therapist, 65% BSN or above RNs, Current staff certifications include CCRN, PCCN, CNML, WCNC, NEA-BC, and RN-BC

Onsite BSN completion program partnership with South University with staff discounted rate

Simulation Lab and Clinical Transition Pilot Program



The role you'll contribute:



The Manager will be responsible for all the following duties and responsibilities in collaboration with the Department Director. These will include, but are not limited to: customer satisfaction, financial management, regulatory compliance, human resources issues, employee competency, performance improvement, and maintaining and complying with policies and procedures and regular communication with employees. The Manager provides leadership and oversight with all unit functions and patient care issues on a day-to-day basis. Occasional duties and responsibilities will occasionally occur outside of typical office hours. The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient and/or and assigned group of patients within a patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment, while practicing within the State, facility and regulatory guidelines.

Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and maintains positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure patient-centered care.



The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:



Bachelor's of Nursing Required

1 Work Experience Required

Registered Nurse (RN) Required

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required



Preferred Qualifications:





5 years ICU Leadership Experience preferred but not required
